Refunds & Returns Policy

Please note that returns will not be accepted on personalised or customised garments.

Plain (non-customised) garments may be returned for an exchange or refund of the item cost only within 14 days of delivery. If a return request has not been made within 14 days of receiving your order, we will assume the goods are being kept and will not authorise a return.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Garments must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition. Items returned in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact our customer services team with your order number. Further instructions will be provided once your return has been authorised.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Delivery Times

Products with a logo or customisation will typically take 7–10 working days to be delivered, unless you are contacted by our customer services team to state otherwise.

Products without a logo or customisation will generally be delivered within 3–5 working days, unless you are contacted by our customer services team to state otherwise.

As we stock a wide range of brands, some suppliers may take longer to dispatch garments. We always aim to send items as quickly as possible.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may extend during peak trading periods and are subject to stock availability. Should any delays occur, our customer service team will contact you with updates and, where appropriate, offer alternative garments.

Orders may be dispatched in multiple shipments depending on availability.

Shipping Prices

Our main delivery couriers are DPD, Royal Mail and UPS.

UK mainland delivery prices start from £4.99. If you require Express Delivery, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability.

UK mainland excludes the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Additional charges may apply for these areas.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility passes to the courier. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
